On Saturday, July 4, 2020, the private company Rocket Lab launched its Electron rocket, which unfortunately ended in failure. Taking off from the launch site based in New Zealand, an anomaly occurred less than 15 mins after leaving the launch pad, causing loss of control and communications with the second stage of the rocket. The payload, four cubesats, could not be deployed and fell back into the Pacific Ocean. Wanting to repeat its previous exploits, Rocket Lab must face a reality. Spacecraft launches are not and never will be an easy thing.
